Found this marvelous Coastal Banksia in Ocean Grove. This hardy variety flourishes not only by the ocean, but also in the mountains. I love Banksias for their unique, sculptural beauty and I was drawn to the radiating leaves on this one - kind of reminded me of a frill neck lizard or green beams of sunshine.🦎🌞 Enjoyed painting the vibrant golden green against the cosmic purple bubble vase - a magical colour which is believed by some to be a bridge between the physical world and higher energies. 💜
